Was asked to book eye test by post. When arrived kept waiting for half an hour and then all health checks done. When taken into a room was told actually I didn't need an eye test for another year and the letter had been in error. I had come into town solely for this purpose.

Extremely quick service I didn't have to wait and everyone that dealt with me were friendly and were clear with everything they did for me. I especially want to mention Julie who spent so much time with me to ensure that I had the right glasses I had also purchased sunglasses too she was very patient , and made the decision for me a lot easier
